I've chased the sunset West to Wales. Have been utterly welcomed, fed & watered by a wonderful Welsh family, they're hosting me for a couple of days for a conference here tomorrow on Taking Care Giving Care Rounds run in Wales by Improvement Wales. It's exciting stuff, as I'd like to help develop this staff support model in England. I will be the biggest sponge tomorrow. I will also be asking about how the rounds integrate and value staffs' own lived experience of mental health problems. Welsh connections increasing at a rate of knots!
